This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from FOXYHOME.CO.NZ (the “Site”).

We also share personal data with the Shipping and fulfilment system NZ Post in order to fulfil and ship your order.
We also share personal data with our accounting and order processing software Xero.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We do not sell, trade or rent your Personal Information to others.

The governing law for any dispute under this Privacy Policy shall be New Zealand law.
We are bound by the NZ Privacy Act 1993 and our policies comply with the information privacy principles which form part of that Act.
